At Danny’s Home Décor, we believe in creating a stress-free shopping experience for our customers.

Standard Shipping charges for all Danny’s Home Décor products. They are carefully and professionally shipped using our own delivery team, right to your door. Standard shipping includes delivery to the front door of your house or condo/apartment building lobby.

Delivery times will vary based on location. See below for details (business days):

  • Deposits are not refundable. All sales are final. No refund. No exchanges.

  • Danny’s Home Decor is not responsible for deliveries that cannot be placed in a home because of narrow entrance and hence reserve the right to leave the merchandise outside the customer premises.

  • 25% surcharge will be applied for custom built goods for exchange – pick up extra.

  • Danny’s Home Decor is not responsible for the damage incurred to the merchandise by the customer once the driver leaves the property.

  • Subsequently, there is a $100 charge for revisiting the customer house after receiving the goods in order.

  • Danny’s Home Decor is not responsible for damage occurred to the merchandise and customer’s property because of faculty and narrow entrance.

  • No cancellation or changes of layaway order special orders and floor models.

  • Goods or layaway for more than 1 year is not valid.

  • We reserve the right to delay delivery due to shortage of supply.

  • All pickups within two days from date of pickup, else $50 storage fee per day.

  • There are no warranties or guarantees against wear and tear.

  • Goods on layaway require 15 days’ notice for pickup and delivery.

  • Net balance needs to be paid at store prior to date of delivery.

  • Color might slightly differ as shown on website.

  • Damaged items need to be changed and replaced.

Shipping zone 3: Port hope, Coburg, Edville, Belleville, Prince Edward (ON), Kingston, Ottawa, Gatineau, Laval, Lassalle, Saint Laurent, Dorval, Montreal, west Montreal, Brossard, Mirabel, Longueil (4 – 6 Weeks)

*All custom items, open box items, pillows and mattresses are non-refundable and are final sale.

*Canadian made items and products for made to order products are final sales and have no refund or exchange.

Free Curbside Pickup/Return In the local GTA area.
We offer free pickups from our warehouse at Brampton, 200B, Clarence Street, Brampton, ON, Canada, L6W 1T4. Simply place your order online and select the pickup option. We will contact you once your order is ready for pickup (typically 1-3 business days for in stock items). For a faster return/refund, you may also drop your order back at our warehouse.

Damages
We ask that our customers inspect their order prior to use/assembly. In the off-chance that you receive a damaged item, we require notice within 3 days of delivery. Once we are notified, we will replace the affected part(s) or send a complete replacement, if necessary.
